[Grief] FW: IR LPs

Cosey turns 60 this year. Chris just turned 58. Genesis turns 61 this month. Sleazy was the young one in TG.
Not that old, no. But not that healthy either. 'Industrial' takes its toll.

I know that Cosey does have a rather delicate heart condition, but they're really not that old - they are still in their early 50s, no? Although Christopherson's death was unexpected and untimely, I guess the rest still have a good many years ahead of them - or so I hope.

If you follow Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti's twitter-streams you'll see that half of their tweets are about how tired they are, medication that they need to take and generally about how their ageing bodies are falling apart. Chris even mentioned this in a message on his blog on Sleazy's passing: "Over the 30 odd years we knew each other mine and Cosey's relationship with him got closer as we grew older and spent more time together - lately comparing our various ailments and aches & pains." http://chriscarter.co.uk/
As for Genesis.. that's just a wild guess. But think of all that GUY has been through.
Don't get me wrong. I, like everyone else here, wish for these people to live as long and happy lives as possible. But as a fan of TG who misses Sleazy immeasureably I do have my preferences as to what I think is most important for them to finish. I want to see Sleazy's 'baby' born!

Hey Thomas, wow! What are the medical conditions that the members have that means they may die at any minute? Just curious! Thanks.

Indeed... I mean, the remaining members of TG are all quite old and in ill health. They may die any minute. How about we all send Mr. Carter a tweet to that effect?

Haha. You took the words right out of my mouth. Jeez... I mean, come on already. Finish Desertshore, THEN remaster the old albums on vinyl!

Great, but what about Desertshore, Mr. Carter?
