never mind - I listened to it and it's "what a day" live (camber  
sands maybe?)

it's also not a separate track as mastered on the CD, but part of  
track 10 and starts after approx. 2 minutes of silence following  
"after the fall"

total time  (Gift GD-01) - 76:37

total time track ten ("after the fall") - 12:44

bonus track ("what a day") approx 6:40

and yes,  my copy is "totemic" (copper)
