BZZZZT! Her level of sexual activity, or the number of partners she has
experienced has *nothing* to do with the tone of her vaginal muscles.

Hmmmm... You could tell her about the wonderful exercise you found for
men *and* women. The exercises (detailed below) will enhance your sex
life and hers. She will experience stronger orgasms and you will have
more fun and have a wider range of "tricks" to use. You could also try
for a little honesty....

Much of the exercise she will have to do on her own. To find the muscle
have her pee and interrupt the flow of pee. That is the Pubococogeal
(spelling mangled) Muscle. She needs to contract that muscle repeatedly,
varied by contracting and *holding* for several seconds. If she does
these exercises several times a day working her way up to +/- 100 reps
each session, then she will have a healthy, toned vaginal (opening) muscle.
And, the same muscle is important for males in sexual play... so exercise
yours too!

Once that muscle is in tone she can use the voluntary contractions to
stimulate and enhance her orgasms. And you will be able to give nice
little twitches to your partner and enhance your own orgasm as well.
Overall, it's a *good* thing for men and women!

Age usually doesn't have much to do with vaginal tightness. Having
vaginally delivered a child *does* affect tightness but can be mitigated
to an extent with the exercises described above. But, the delivery of a
baby will make some women looser no matter what they do.
