Tantra is not just about sexuality.  In fact, tantra suffuses life
with sexuality.  That is, we stop thinking about sex as just that
short range of physical touching and tension-release-ecstasy thing

Sure.  Stick your finger up your butt (lubricated) and see if you
can relax completely.  Good, now try it with two, then three.  See
about a fist.  If you have a hard time manipulating your wrist,
get your wife to assist with her hand.  Have her clip her nails and
buff them first (or wear rubber gloves) and take off her rings.

its good name.
