Damn, I thought Simon was merely continuing a longstanding magic/religous
tradition of falsely attributing grimoirs and religious texts to older
more legendary authors, like in Simons case he attributes his stuff to the
mad arabian. A lot earlier an unknown bunch of authors who wrote the first
five (or is that seven) books of the bible attributed them to Moses.
Another bunch of unknown athors who wrote the key of Solomon, VThe Grand
Grimore and other works attributed to Solomon, (or maybe they just
collected a bunch of spells n stuff), attributed them to this legendary
person. Some say they did it in order to strengthen the books magic,
others, more cynical, have said they merely did it to make more bucks
selling them.)
