As far as I know, all Quakers believe three things: 1. The divine exists 2. The divine is indwelling, 3. We can expect to have direct communication with the divine. Those Quakers who have pastors and interpret the Bible literally may have trouble reconciling these practices with #3. If they don't believe #3, then they aren't Quakers, at least not according to George Fox et al. If they do believe #3, you'll have to ask them how they reconcile their practices with their belief.
